SHOELESS JOE’ LIMITED (The Sponsors) –The 2015 Home Team Advantage Promotion (HTA) Contest Terms & Conditions



To be eligible to register and win, you must be a resident of Ontario. You must register with a group that has a minimum of six (6) or more people.


You can register your group through one of three methods with your preferred Shoeless Joe’s location in Ontario. There are three (3) ways to register for the HTA Program:


Go to to register your group. Once on this page, you will be prompted to click “Register Your Team” at the bottom of the webpage. Here you will be prompted to fill out the registration form. Complete the online entry form in full and submit the entry as instructed. All fields on the entry form must be completed to register your group.


Scan the QR code on any Home Team Advantage promotional material and fill out the entry form as prompted.


Visit and click on the HTA promotions tab. To register through this method, you must “Like” the Facebook page. Once an entrant has “Liked” the Facebook page, he/she will then be required to enter their group information in the form provided and click submit. All fields on the entry form must be completed.

Each specific group can only be registered once regardless of the entry method. The Shoeless Joe’s restaurant will not be responsible for illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected, mobile phone failures, and/or web form errors.


Shoeless Joe’s will return 15% of a group’s food purchases back to the group in the form of an end-of-season party. Funds accumulated in the group account can only be redeemed on food purchases at the year-end party.

Purchases and redemptions apply to the Shoeless Joe’s location at which the group was registered. No cash substitutions. Dine-In only. Not valid with any other offer or coupon.

Only guests whose names are registered in the POS system can use VIP Team Member Cards to contribute to the group account.

The end-of-season party must be redeemed within a year from the date of registration as illustrated on the VIP Team Member Cards. Accumulated funds in the group account cannot be redeemed past the expiry date stated on the VIP Team Member Cards. If the location at which a group registers changes ownership or there is a store closure, the current ownership is not liable or responsible for paying out funds accumulated.


There are twenty one (16) prizes to be won from September 21, 2015 to December 13, 2015.. Points are based on the dollars spent by the team or individual team members on food and non alcoholic purchases. Each dollar spent equates to one point.

GRAND PRIZE (The Prize): The first team to reach six thousand (6000) points will be awarded one (1) VIP Hockey Experience for up to (12) team members to attend a Toronto Maple Leaf hockey game at the Air Canada Centre. The (“Prize”); includes (i) food and up to 2 beverages per guest. Approximate value: $5000.00 CAD. No cash substitutions.

Any costs or expenses associated with “The Prize” including travel, accommodations, or any other expenses not outlined will be the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize will take place on or around February 20, 2016. Once arrangements have been finalized between winner and the Sponsors; no changes can be made unless approved by the Sponsors.

Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions or date changes, except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors will not be responsible, if weather conditions, Event cancellations, or other factors beyond Sponsors’ reasonable control prevent a Prize from being fulfilled.

The first twenty (15) teams to collect three thousand (3000) points will be awarded one thousand dollars ($1000) towards their registration fees and other team expenses. The money will be paid directly to the league, organization or venue on behalf of the team.

There can only be 3 winners (teams) per store to qualify for prizing.


By registering with the Home Team Advantage Program (HTA), entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the program. Guests consent to the collection, use and disclosure to the public of their names, addresses (city, province/territory), voices, statements and photographs or other likenesses for publicity purposes in connection with the program in any media or formats, including but not limited to the Internet, without further notice, permission or compensation. Personal information will not otherwise be used or disclosed without consent.


Shoeless Joe’s reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify, from this program and any future program or other promotion conducted by Shoeless Joe’s, any individual that they find or believe to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the program or program Website; to be acting in violation of the Official Program Terms & Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR OTHER EQUIPMENT OR TECHNOLOGY USED AS PART OF THIS PROGRAM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SHOELESS JOE’S RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
