Grilled chicken served over our house mixed greens and tossed with Canadian cheddar and mozzarella, crunchy tortilla strips, crisp green onions and zesty chipotle ranch dressing. We then top it all off with our made-in-house pico de gallo.
SPINACH WITH FETA AND QUINOA SALAD
Baby spinach and arugula is topped with protein-packed quinoa and crumbled hard-boiled egg, feta cheese, fresh grape tomatoes, crunchy cucumbers, julienned red onions and Greek Kalamata olives. Served with a raspberry poppy seed vinaigrette.
