Seared chopped steak and red peppers in our special sweet and sour gochujang sauce. Served with nutrient-rich freekeh ancient grain and puffed brown rice with sliced almonds, cucumbers and a boiled egg. Finished with crispy wontons, fresh mint, basil and sesame seeds.
10 Spice Chicken & Chickpea Bowl
Grilled chicken breast with chickpeas simmered in a flavourful masala style curry. Served over nutrient-rich freekeh ancient grain rice with sweet drop peppers, cucumbers and crispy wontons. Finished with sesame seeds.
Crispy Shrimp Noodle Bowl
Egg noodles tossed in sweet chili and gochujang sauce, finished with sliced almonds, red peppers, green onion, mint and basil. Topped with a boiled egg and crispy shrimp drizzled with sweet chili.
Boom Shakalaka Bowl
Sliced mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, red peppers and sauteed onions in spicy tomato sauce over nutrient-rich freekeh ancient grain rice. Finished with crispy wontons, goat cheese, boiled egg and green onion.

Short Rib Gnocchi
Beef short rib, slow braised in red wine for 16 hours with olive-oil-roasted eggplant, zucchini, red peppers and veal jus, all tossed with pillowy gnocchi and finished with shaved parmesan. Served with garlic focaccia.
